Job Title: Solution Architect (Oracle Fusion)
Location: Remote (UK)
Contract Length: 6 - 12 Months
Rate: £650 - £700 per day (Inside IR35)
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join a large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation programme focused on modernising core business services.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and govern end-to-end solution architecture across Oracle Fusion and associated enterprise platforms
- Act as the primary architecture lead for a business area, representing stakeholder requirements within the wider transformation programme
- Collaborate with business SMEs and functional teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into solution design and configuration
- Develop and maintain high-level and detailed architecture documentation, design artefacts, and process flows
- Define integration approaches between Oracle Fusion and wider enterprise systems
- Review and validate functional specifications, solution designs, data models, and testing approaches
- Support technical and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Ensure architectural best practice, governance standards, and programme objectives are consistently achieved

- Proven experience working as a Solution Architect within Oracle environments
- Strong background delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programmes
- Experience across Oracle Fusion modules within HR, Finance, Procurement, Commercials, or related business functions
- Ability to create and manage architecture documentation at both strategic and detailed levels
- Experience defining integration strategies between Oracle and complex enterprise ecosystems
- Strong understanding of solution architecture, data migration, and integration concepts
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience operating within large, complex enterprise environments
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and effective Oracle Fusion solutions
