Why Your Job Is Important to Us
Our business lives or dies by the quality of the relationships we build with our customers. When we win a client, we want to keep them for the long-term, and that means looking after them better than our competition could.
Role Description
The Solutions Architect must be technically proficient in order to deliver the right advice to our clients when it comes to projects, the development of IT and the growing use of AI. They must be confident, professional, and efficient when dealing with client demands and understand how our clients’ businesses run. They play a vital role in sales growth to existing clients so need to be commercially minded too.
Our Solutions Architects bridge the gap between technology and business. They provide solution expertise in the pre-sales stage and during ongoing strategic meetings for clients, owning their AI & IT development roadmap. They provide the input that helps our clients drive their business forward, with secure IT and market-leading AI solutions.
The Secure Choice for AI & IT
While not a hands-on technical role, the Solutions Architects scope and recommend technical and AI solutions for our clients. You will work closely with colleagues in the Commercial and Technical Teams, to ensure the best and most appropriate AI & IT solutions are proposed to clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What’s Really Important to Us
The hardest parts of this role, customer empathy, judgement, and influence, cannot be taught quickly. Knowledge of key technologies or the new craft of understanding and selling AI solutions can. Rather than being an AI or pure technical expert, it is more important to us that you:
- Are able to translate business problems into deliverable solutions.
- Are motivated to help us grow and develop our sales pipeline, whilst not being in a traditional commission-based sales team.
- Have an eye for detail and a strong sense of self-motivation, with a genuine desire to get things done efficiently for our clients.
- Have excellent communication skills with people at all levels of an organisation and an ability to grasp technical or complex solutions and translate them into understandable, business objectives.
- Are self-motivated and highly organised.
- Have an upbeat, ‘can do’ attitude with a genuine drive to learn, develop, and improve yourself.
- Have a genuine interest in AI with a desire to continue your professional learning in this area.
On a practical note, you need to be able to drive and have access to a car.
Application Deadline
Applications are open until 29th June
