The Role
You’ll join the Finance Transformation Programme as a SAP Solution Architect, leading data migration within the global S/4HANA implementation. As the data migration lead, your responsibility includes:
- Defining, designing, and delivering the target data architecture.
- Collaborating across internal/external stakeholders—including a S/4HANA implementation partner.
- Shaping business and technology solutions, re-engineering processes, and driving enterprise change.
- Executing data migration against architecture principles, focusing on design compliance and feasibility.
- Providing data leadership: approving designs aligned with business requirements, while revising for change requests.
- Acting as the critical link between executives, business teams, and technical specialists to ensure:
- Regulatory compliance
- Measurable business value
- Robust migration strategies

Duration: 2-year fixed-term contract covering Explore phase to post-go-live stabilisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect target data designs in line with S/4HANA landscape.
- Ensure government regulations and-analytics data standards are met.
- Oversee master data migration ( perspectiva, assets, customer, supplier, etc.).
- Owner of integrated migration approaches (e.g., classic migration, incremental, hybrid).
- Defining data conversion and decoding strategies for legacy systems.
- Leadership during completion testing and system cut-over.
What Makes You Successful?
Technical Expertise
- 15+ years of experience in global SAP data architecture.
- Proven start-to-finish experience with ECC-to-S/4HANA transformations—quality data migration legacy through S/4HANA.
- Master data技术 (e.g., Open-Item Management, Business Partner, Asset Management).
- Expertise in data modelling (e.g., ABAP, BW/IP) and SAP quality/liear engagement.
- Knowledge of chatter tools for integration (e.g., MIGO, Z programs).
- Familiarity with delivery enablers (Fiori, PoIU) and cloud-native solutions.
