Help Build the Future of AI-Powered Workforce Solutions
We're reimagining how organisations connect talent, technology, and opportunity.
Our teams are building next-generation digital products powered by Artificial Intelligence, enterprise data platforms, cloud-native technologies, and intelligent automation. Through modern architecture, scalable integrations, and responsible AI, we are transforming how workforce solutions are delivered globally.
As a Solutions Architect, you'll play a critical role in shaping and governing enterprise-wide solutions that bridge applications, data, cloud services, integrations, and AI-driven capabilities. You'll help define the technical foundations that enable product teams to innovate at scale while ensuring security, resilience, governance, and operational excellence.
This is a unique opportunity to work on greenfield AI initiatives, influence enterprise technology strategy, and establish architecture standards that will shape the future of intelligent workforce platforms.
What You'll Do
As a Solutions Architect, you'll work across the full solution lifecycle, partnering with Product, Engineering, Data, Security, and business stakeholders to design scalable and future-ready technology solutions.
You will:
- Design end-to-end technology solutions spanning applications, integrations, data platforms, AI services, and cloud environments.
- Define architecture patterns, standards, reference architectures, and implementation roadmaps.
- Produce high-quality architecture documentation, solution designs, and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
- Lead architecture reviews and provide technical assurance throughout delivery lifecycles.
- Design and govern Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions integrated with enterprise systems and data platforms.
- Define AI orchestration patterns, prompt management approaches, agent workflows, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Establish secure integration architectures using APIs, event-driven technologies, middleware, ETL/ELT frameworks, and data streaming services.
- Develop data flow models, canonical data structures, and data contracts that support analytics and AI adoption.
- Ensure architecture solutions align with security, privacy, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Collaborate closely with delivery squads, engineering teams, and product leaders to accelerate delivery outcomes.
- Provide architectural guidance across multiple initiatives while influencing technology strategy and standards.
- Mentor engineers, architects, and technical specialists on architecture best practices and modern design principles.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Integration Architecture, or similar strategic architecture roles.
- Demonstrated experience designing end-to-end enterprise technology solutions across multiple platforms and domains.
- Strong expertise in enterprise integration architecture including APIs, events, middleware, and data streaming technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, AI orchestration frameworks, and automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud services, integration platforms, and cloud-native architecture patterns.
- Experience designing data-centric solutions involving governance, data quality, lineage, and analytics platforms.
- Proven track record leading architecture reviews and influencing senior technology and business stakeholders.
- Experience working within regulated environments with strong security, privacy, risk, and governance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
