Ready to own customer outcomes end-to-end at an AI infrastructure company building the Control Plane for Data and AI?

The platform is already used by leading enterprises, has closed significant funding and is scaling fast. Data teams still waste thousands of hours on manual pipelines and firefighting — this role exists to change that.

  • Design and implement complex data architectures (Python, dbt, SQL, cloud-native)
  • Lead full customer onboarding and migrations
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor and escalation point
  • Feed product gaps straight into engineering
  • Own a core metric such as net revenue retention
  • Build the pre- and post-sales Solutions Architecture function from scratch

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of high-ownership experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Success roles within SaaS, cloud or data infrastructure. A data background is highly desired.
