Solutions Architect

Location: Manchester
Type: Hybrid/Permanent

The Role

We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded Solutions Architect to help UK organisations improve their cyber resilience. As an NCSC Assured Service Provider, Saepio works with customers to understand their business and security challenges and develop solutions across people, technology, and process.

You will act as a trusted advisor, working with customers, Sales, technical teams, and vendors to design effective security solutions and deliver meaningful outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise, customer engagement, and commercial thinking in a fast-moving cyber security environment.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand their cyber risks and how Saepio can support their security objectives.
  • Design security solutions that address customer requirements across people, technology, and process.
  • Lead security briefings, technical reviews, discovery sessions, and workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with strategic and emerging technology vendors to stay ahead of the evolving cyber security market.
  • Work closely with Sales and technical teams throughout the discovery, implementation, and review process.
  • Deliver enablement sessions and share knowledge and best practice across Saepio.
  • Support marketing activities, industry events, and customer content, including public speaking and thought leadership.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded individual who is passionate about cyber security and enjoys understanding customer challenges and developing effective solutions.

You’ll be a confident communicator who can engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders, present complex ideas clearly, and work collaboratively across customers, vendors, and internal teams. You’ll also be organized, curious, and motivated to develop your knowledge in a fast-moving industry.

Our Requirements

  • A-Level or equivalent qualification, with 5+ years’ experience in the IT Channel, ideally within cyber security.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Subject Matter Expert role such as Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales, or Technical Sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
  • Strong commercial aptitude, organization, and time management skills, with a collaborative approach and passion for continuous learning.

Desirable

  • Cyber security, industry, or vendor certifications.
  • Experience working within a cyber security services or managed security environment.
  • Experience presenting at customer or industry events.
