Role: Solutions Architect

AgileOne is looking for a Solutions Architect to help shape and deliver innovative workforce solutions for global clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking, process design, technology, and client partnership to solve complex workforce challenges.

📍 Location: United Kingdom
🏡 Work Setup: Fully remote, with occasional travel (up to 10%) for client meetings and projects

What you'll be doing:

  • Design and implement MSP, VMS, SOW, RPO, and other workforce solutions tailored to client needs
  • Lead client discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
  • Partner closely with clients, implementation teams, data analysts, and technical specialists throughout the project lifecycle
  • Create process maps, solution designs, technical requirements, and implementation documentation
  • Support system integrations and workforce technology deployments
  • Deliver solution presentations, demonstrations, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor during implementation and transformation projects
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and solution innovation across the business

What we're looking for:

  • Experience designing workforce solutions, ideally within MSP, VMS, contingent workforce, RPO, or staffing environments
  • Strong understanding of workforce technology platforms such as Beeline, Fieldglass, VNDLY, or similar systems
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems creatively
  • Confidence working with both business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in HR, staffing, talent solutions, or workforce management is highly desirable
