ABOUT DESCRIAL
Descrial is an AI work-execution platform purpose-built for alternative investment firms and their portfolio companies and securely orchestrates proprietary data, external sources, and workflows. Descrial is an important pillar of Enterprise Intelligence Orchestration (EIO) and enables it by structuring and standardizing data while embedding domain expertise, thereby enabling faster and contextual analysis, broader coverage, and more intelligent decision-making. It is backed by TresVista's 1,800+ employees and deep domain expertise across investment diligence, research, valuation, fund administration, accounting, and data analytics. The team is small, senior, high-ownership, and in-office, with direct access to the Executive Committee.
OVERVIEW
As a Solution Architect, you will bridge customer needs and platform capability: designing how W-OS — including its agentic and AI services — lands inside sophisticated investment firms. You will lead technical discovery with clients, design integration architectures across the Java/Spring core and Python AI services, and own the trade-offs that make enterprise deployments repeatable rather than bespoke. This is an engineering-side role that spends roughly half its time with clients: you will not write production features, but you will read code, debug integrations with engineers, and be the person a client CTO trusts in the room.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Solution and integration design
- Lead discovery workshops with enterprise clients; translate requirements into integration architectures — APIs, auth, data flows, tenancy
- Design end-to-end solutions combining core W-OS services with agentic/AI capability (LLM features, RAG and knowledge graph over client-approved data, agent workflows)
- Produce architecture diagrams, NFR matrices (security, performance, compliance), and implementation roadmaps that engineering signs up to

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Evaluation and governance
- Design how a client will know the system is working on their data: acceptance criteria, golden examples drawn from their own corpus, and the accuracy bar agreed before go-live
- Set agent governance with the client: autonomy levels, approval workflows, action audit trails, and who is accountable when an agent acts
- Advise clients and internal teams on appropriate LLM use — RAG vs fine-tuning vs agents — and set honest expectations on limitations and governance
Delivery and advisory
- Ensure designs respect multi-tenant isolation, auditability, and observability standards, and align with AWS and CI/CD patterns
- Support pilots and production cutovers; identify risks (data residency, latency, model behaviour) with mitigations that hold
- Contribute to technical pre-sales and PoC scoping, and turn one-off solutions into repeatable patterns the next deployment can reuse
WHO YOU ARE
