Solution Architect (IoT & Digital Systems)

💰 £55,000–£70,000
We're looking for a Solution Architect to design and deliver integrated technology solutions across enterprise IT, IoT, and smart building environments.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the architecture of next-generation digital estates, working across cloud, integration, infrastructure, and operational technologies.
What You'll Be Doing
- Produce High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs)
- Design secure, scalable solutions across enterprise and operational technologies
- Define APIs, integration patterns, and data flows
- Support architecture governance and Technical Design Authority (TDA) processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery teams, and third-party suppliers
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards

What We're Looking For
- Proven Solution Architecture experience producing HLDs and LLDs
- Strong understanding of APIs, systems integration, cloud (Azure and/or AWS), infrastructure, and security
- Experience engaging with technical and business stakeholders
- Knowledge of IoT, smart buildings, BMS, BIM, or Operational Technology is beneficial but not essential
