Solutions Architect — EMEA
Contract: 12 months
Location: London / Hybrid
Salary: From £108,000
A leading global technology platform operating at significant scale across advertising, marketing and digital experiences is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join its EMEA team.
The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years’ experience across Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Pre-Sales or Partner/Sales Engineering, with deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Providers (IdP/IDaaS), SSO, SAML and SCIM.
This is a highly client-facing role working with some of the world's largest and most innovative organisations, translating complex business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
The Role:
You will act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers across EMEA, helping organisations navigate identity, integration and advertising technology challenges.
You will combine strong technical architecture skills with a consultative approach, working closely with senior client stakeholders, sales teams, product and engineering teams to deliver solutions that create measurable business outcomes.

- Act as a technical consultant and subject matter expert across marketing and advertising technology solutions.
- Lead multiple customer migrations, integrations and technical projects simultaneously.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for key enterprise accounts.
- Partner closely with sales teams to identify and develop new opportunities.
- Translate customer business objectives into clear technical execution plans.
- Design scalable solutions across enterprise architecture, cloud, security and integration environments.
- Gather customer feedback and translate technical challenges into actionable product insights.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, sales and cross-functional teams.
- Influence technical and business decision-making through clear, data-driven presentations.
- Contribute to interviewing and onboarding new team members.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years’ experience in client-facing technical consulting roles.
- Deep IAM expertise with hands-on knowledge of IdP/IDaaS, SSO, SAML, SCIM, provisioning and access governance.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, global IAM projects and programmes end-to-end.
- Strong consultancy mindset and ability to communicate with both technical and executive audiences.
- Strong background in enterprise architecture, cloud systems, security and integration.
- Experience delivering large partner or enterprise integration projects.
- Experience across web, mobile or enterprise technology stacks.
- Technical degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock or SailPoint.
- Additional European language such as French, German, Spanish or Italian.
- Familiarity with generative AI and practical applications of AI to improve workflows and customer solutions.
- Knowledge of AdTech, advertising or digital marketing.
- Understanding of advertising APIs, identity platforms and enterprise integrations.
- Experience working with API documentation, scripting and API testing.
- Familiarity with Swagger and Postman.
- Strong commercial awareness and a value-driven approach focused on measurable customer outcomes.
Compliance:
- Experience working within GDPR, data protection, confidentiality and information security requirements is essential, particularly when working with enterprise identity systems and customer data.
