Solutions Architect Role
A Solutions Architect is responsible for implementing and configuring the Aiimi Workplace AI Platform across customer environments, supporting both SaaS deployments and on-premises implementations. The role blends hands-on technical delivery with commercial awareness, ensuring deployments are delivered to scope, on time, and with measurable value.
- Participate in pre-sales demos, supporting technical playbacks and customer workshops.
- Build detailed Work Breakdown Structures and Statements of Work for customer implementations following pre-sales engagement, defining project scope, deliverables, resource requirements, and implementation activities to support successful project delivery and translate into working implementations.
- Configure, deploy, and integrate the Aiimi Workplace AI Platform across customer environments, including both SaaS and on-premises deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve project issues, escalating to Engineering only when necessary.
- Engage with customers throughout delivery, providing clear technical guidance.
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to reusable delivery approaches.
- Troubleshoot and facilitate fixes for Service Desk tickets.

- Senior and Principal Solutions Architects for technical direction and support.
- Engineering teams for product fixes and enhancements.
- Sales & Pre-Sales for demos and feasibility input.
- Delivery Managers to ensure projects meet scope and timescales.
- Customers in technical delivery and adoption stages.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in platform deployment, configuration, integration, and performance tuning.
- Development skills in Python, scripting, or web development.
- Working knowledge or hands-on experience with ML/AI and Classification capabilities.
- Understanding of cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-premises infrastructures.
- Working knowledge of networking, storage, firewalls, and VMs.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communicator with the ability to explain technical details in accessible terms.
