This is an exciting opportunity for a natural story-teller to join the Solutions team and apply your expertise to shape the success of our Legal Software Portfolio.

This role will suit you if you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy helping businesses understand how software solutions can improve their organisations, drive efficiencies and increase productivity.

You’ll be based within our Product division, working directly with customers at the pre-sales stage to understand their needs and demonstrate how our solutions can address them. This role is focused entirely on the pre-sales journey, so you won’t be responsible for supporting customers through implementation.

As Solutions Consultant you’ll become a subject matter expert across our Legal Portfolio products, working closely with customers at the pre-sales stage. You’ll lead in-depth customer discovery sessions, deliver engaging product demonstrations, and create digital content that brings our solutions to life. You’ll work closely with Sales and the wider Go-To-Market function, using your product expertise to help shape compelling solutions and support successful commercial outcomes.

This is a role where you’ll deliver real value to our Legal clients, with the trust and autonomy to make a huge impact while working closely with Sales, Product, Revenue Enablement and Support.

Please note this is a primarily remote role with some travel to customer sites and occasional travel to our offices when required (mainly The Mailbox, Birmingham City Centre).

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the qualification of business opportunities through detailed discovery, understanding client needs and identifying how our solutions can deliver value.
  • Lead engaging software demonstrations for customers and prospects, tailoring them to client requirements and delivering a compelling pre-sales experience.
  • Configure, maintain and keep demonstration environments up to date, to support relevant and effective demonstrations.
  • Create high-quality repeatable digital demonstration content to be shared with customers and prospects, clearly highlighting the value of our solutions.
  • Support bid responses and answer technical questions for customers and prospects, maintaining tender library question pairing to improve readiness and creating well-written responses that help progress opportunities through procurement.
  • Act as a key stakeholder on product launches, building a strong understanding of new features and releases and effectively communicating their value to customers and prospects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
