We’re growing the team at Nexus AML
I’m looking for a Solutions Consultant to join us in London and work closely with me and the wider team as we continue to grow.
It’s a role sitting at the intersection of Financial Crime, Technology and Sales, and would suit someone who enjoys speaking with clients, getting under the skin of the problems they’re trying to solve, and demonstrating what good technology can actually do.
Who we’re looking for:
Ideally, you’ll have experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting or a similar client-facing technology role, alongside a strong understanding of financial crime.
You’ll be comfortable talking about areas such as AML, KYC/CDD, Screening and Transaction Monitoring, and able to understand the operational and regulatory challenges firms face across these areas.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Is curious about the application of AI and emerging technology within financial crime
- Can work collaboratively across Sales, Product and Financial Crime teams
