Job Title: Solutions Consultant
Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Remuneration: £50.96 Hourly Rate
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Solutions Consultant to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. This role will focus on delivering scalable solutions, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and enhancing the end-user experience through problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted consultant to both internal and external stakeholders, helping translate business requirements into effective solutions while driving continuous improvement across processes, workflows, and content delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimise external help centre content for consumer-facing products.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver scalable solutions that address business and user needs.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex operational and technical issues.
- Identify recurring trends and system challenges, providing recommendations for long-term improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to mitigate risks and improve solution delivery.
- Manage project timelines, status reporting, issue tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
- Develop best-practice documentation, knowledge articles, tutorials, and repeatable solution frameworks.
- Support business reviews by providing insights and recommendations to improve customer and partner outcomes.
- Influence solution strategy by identifying product gaps, operational inefficiencies, and enhancement opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while driving alignment across multiple teams.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Solutions Consultant, Client Solutions, Technical Operations, Customer Success, or related role.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
- Strong consultative approach with experience translating business needs into practical solutions.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand systems, workflows, integrations, and product functionality.
- Experience creating documentation, knowledge base articles, training materials, or customer-facing content.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business stakeholders.
- Understanding of customer support ecosystems, digital products, or online platforms.
- Experience using data and insights to drive decision-making and process improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and gain buy-in for proposed solutions.
