Caseware Solutions Consultant

Caseware is one of Canada's original Fintech companies, having led the global audit and accounting software industry for over 30 years, with more than 500,000 users across 130 countries and available in 16 different languages. While you might not have heard of us (yet) over 36,000 accounting and audit professionals list Caseware as a skill on their LinkedIn profiles!

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Solutions Consultant to join our team at Caseware, a leading SaaS organization. As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a critical role in successfully leading our customers and prospective customers through exploration and evaluations of Caseware solutions. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, working collaboratively with accounting firms and organizations as they navigate critical decisions around technology modernization. By taking a consultative approach, you will be their partner to guide them through all aspects of their software evaluation, helping them understand not only current solutions but also how emerging technologies, including AI and automation, can drive efficiency, enhance quality, and create new opportunities within their organizations. You will also liaise with team members in account management, training, professional services, support and product to help ensure customer needs are addressed on a timely basis, and professionally.

You will work closely with international teams to assist and contribute ideas in moving toward a global process within the solutions consulting team.

📍 Location:

The role is a remote role and is available to all applicants residing and eligible to work in the UK. There may be requirements to travel to various offices around the UK or internationally depending on client needs.

Dana Liulica - Talent Acquisition Partner

What you will be doing:

  • Partner with our Account Managers in helping our prospects and customers evaluate and plan to implement Caseware products, helping them understand how solutions can drive efficiency, enhance quality, and create new opportunities within their organizations.
  • Lead evaluation activities including presentations, trials & pilots, sharing information on solutions expertise and best practices with customers, while coordinating with technical or product SMEs where appropriate.
  • Create and maintain product demo strategies and related assets that are value and benefit-driven, not feature walk throughs.
  • Assist in the development and execution of customer migration strategies from their existing accounting and audit platforms to Caseware’s suite of cloud solutions.
  • Act as the bridge between customers and Product teams, gathering and translating customer feedback into actionable insights that inform product development while helping prospects understand how our roadmap addresses their business needs.
  • Coordinate internally to address customer issues not handled through existing support channels (e.g. coordination of access, licenses, account maintenance, escalating support).
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of a product knowledge base for team members to access as a supplemental resource to the SC team.
  • Capture, and where appropriate respond to, customer and prospect feedback relating to product and sales experience to support continued innovation.
  • Create and maintain toolkits and resources to support customer evaluations, working with other Caseware teams as relevant.
  • Design and implementation of processes and systems to support the delivery of consistent, scalable services. Assist in the development and execution of improvement plans internally that are scalable to support future growth.
  • Attendance at Conferences and Events, maintaining relationships with customers and staying up to date with industry standards and trends.
  • Participate in speaking engagements and thought leadership events or publications, as comfortable.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
