SNP combines specialist SAP transformation expertise with our Kyano software platform and BLUEFIELD™ approach. We help customers understand their existing systems, make informed decisions about their future landscape and deliver complex transformation programmes.
As our work across the UK and EMEA grows, we are looking for a consultant to join our Solutions team as a:
Solutions Consultant
This is a permanent, full-time position, working hybrid, with our office based in Victoria, London, SW1W.
You will work across the lifecycle of an SAP transformation opportunity: from early strategy and roadmap discussions to business cases, proposals and project mobilisation. You will learn from experienced consulting and technical colleagues, work directly with customers and help shape the methods and offerings of a growing team.
Your Mission:
- Join our team!
- Help customers understand their SAP landscapes, transformation options and the decisions ahead.
- Use insight from SNP software and technical specialists to support SAP strategy and transformation roadmaps.
- Help IT and Finance leaders develop the strategic and investment case for change.
- Qualify opportunities, capture requirements and identify the scope, assumptions and risks that matter.
- Develop customer presentations, proposals, estimates and Statements of Work with senior Solutions colleagues.
- Bring together Sales, Delivery, Product and technical input to shape credible, deliverable solutions.
- Support workshops and meetings with customers, system integrators and other partners.
- Help hand agreed projects into Delivery with a clear understanding of scope and commitments.
- Support larger programmes with project routines and customer engagement, and help develop SNP methods and offerings.

What we are looking for: Your profile!
- Around three years of experience in a consulting environment with high standards of client service.
- Experience working on an SAP transformation project and a sound foundation in SAP.
- Ability to structure an unclear problem, find the right people and produce a practical answer.
- Clear, confident communication with customers and colleagues across commercial and technical teams.
- Strong writing skills and experience preparing clear, professional client materials.
- An organised approach to managing several requests and deadlines at once.
- Initiative and sound judgement, with the ability to make progress without close supervision.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to learn from specialists across the business.
- Pride in the quality of your work and a strong sense of responsibility to customers.
