Solutions Consultant
We’re looking for an experienced Solutions Consultant to join a high-performing team, working closely with media agencies and strategic partners to drive business growth and deliver impactful solutions. This is a senior, customer-facing role requiring strong knowledge of the media agency ecosystem, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate confidently across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
The ideal candidate will bring significant experience from a media agency, with a strong understanding of digital media, agency operating models and the challenges faced by agencies and their clients.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across media agencies and partner organisations.
- Develop a deep understanding of agency business models, priorities, challenges and opportunities, using this knowledge to shape effective solutions.
- Lead large-scale, complex programmes and commercial relationships involving multiple cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted strategic adviser to agency partners, helping them identify opportunities, solve business challenges and achieve their objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic plans that support business growth and strengthen long-term partner relationships.
- Engage confidently with executive-level stakeholders, communicating complex ideas and recommendations clearly and effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across sales, product, marketing, operations and other specialist functions to deliver outcomes for partners.
- Use strong business acumen and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges and develop practical, commercially focused solutions.
- Identify trends and opportunities within the media ecosystem and translate these into actionable strategies.

What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of experience in partner management, agency management, account management or a customer-facing digital media leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the media agency ecosystem, including agency structures, operating models, client relationships and digital media.
- Experience leading large-scale, complex programmes or commercial relationships involving multiple senior, cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect strategic priorities with commercial outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior and executive audiences.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions in a complex, matrixed organisation.
Preferred Experience
- Media agency experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience working with large agency groups and their clients.
- Experience working across digital media, advertising or technology environments.
- Experience managing strategic agency partnerships or complex commercial relationships.
- A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and delivering measurable business outcomes.
