Solutions Consultant - EMEA
We’re looking for an experienced Solutions Consultant to join a global technology company’s EMEA team, supporting agency partners across the UK and Ireland.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong digital media and agency background who understands the advertising ecosystem and can combine commercial thinking with enough technical knowledge to help agencies solve complex challenges.
You’ll work closely with agency partners, internal teams and senior stakeholders to understand business and media challenges, identify solutions and support the implementation of digital advertising programmes.
This is an autonomous individual contributor role. You won’t be managing a team, but you’ll have significant independence and will regularly engage with Directors and senior leaders.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage relationships with major media agencies and agency partners across the UK and Ireland.
- Understand agency and client business priorities, challenges and objectives, translating these into practical solutions.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously, typically managing 5–10 projects at any one time.
- Partner with internal technical and commercial teams to develop and implement solutions.
- Advise agencies on challenges relating to digital advertising, campaign implementation and performance.
- Apply your understanding of Search, Display and Programmatic advertising to help identify the right approach.
- Discuss measurement, campaign strategy and implementation with agency teams.
- Translate complex technical or product-related concepts into clear, commercially relevant recommendations.
- Proactively identify problems and work with internal teams to resolve them.
- Engage confidently with senior agency stakeholders and internal Directors.
- Balance commercial and technical considerations while keeping projects moving independently.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
