We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant to join a global technology team, helping to make consumer products easier to understand, use and troubleshoot.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting to the bottom of problems, working with different teams and turning complex information into clear, useful content. You’ll play an important role in improving the user experience by creating high-quality Help Centre content and helping teams find practical solutions to product and user issues.
What You’ll Do
- Create great user-facing content – write, edit and maintain Help Centre content for consumer products, making complex topics clear, concise and easy to understand.
- Solve problems – investigate product and user issues, troubleshoot effectively and identify root causes and practical solutions.
- Work cross-functionally – partner with teams across Product, Engineering, Support and other areas to understand challenges, share insights and improve the user experience.
- Identify recurring issues and trends, using user feedback and data to help inform improvements.
- Turn technical or complex information into straightforward guidance for a broad, non-technical audience.
- Identify gaps in existing content, processes and product experiences, and help develop better ways of working.
- Create scalable solutions, best practices and documentation that can be used across teams and support a wider user base.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities, keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring work stays on track.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and confidently communicate recommendations, findings and solutions.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve the quality, consistency and effectiveness of user support.

What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a Solutions Consultant, Product Support, Technical Support, Customer Experience, Content Operations or similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to troubleshooting.
- Experience creating customer-facing content, Help Centre articles, technical documentation or knowledge-base content.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to make complex information simple and engaging.
- Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- A good understanding of digital products and technology, with the confidence to get to grips with new products and systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- A collaborative, curious and user-focused approach.
- The ability to work independently, take ownership and drive projects forward.
