Trintech is an award-winning AI-driven FinTech SaaS company seeking a Solutions Consultant to support growth across the DACH region. Acting as a strategic advisor, this role partners with prospective and existing clients on finance transformation initiatives, combining expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R), accounting, audit, and finance modernization with strong pre-sales and consulting skills. The ideal candidate brings a consultative, entrepreneurial mindset, experience engaging senior Finance and IT stakeholders, and the ability to lead conversations around innovation, automation, and AI within the Office of Finance. This role is instrumental in driving new business growth, building regional partnerships, and delivering compelling solution demonstrations and strategic value discussions for enterprise organizations.

What you’ll do

  • Support the DACH sales team by addressing client and prospect technical and finance-related questions around finance transformation initiatives enabled by Trintech’s solutions.
  • Lead discovery and qualification conversations to understand prospective clients’ business challenges and align Trintech’s solution abilities to their specific needs.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored, high-impact solution presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concept/value sessions using prospect data where required.
  • Conduct ROI analyses and support the creation of business cases for finance transformation projects.
  • Assist with RFIs, RFPs, and proposal responses to ensure timely and effective support for the sales process.
  • Educate prospects, clients, and existing customers through webinars, events, roundtables, and forums while maintaining expertise in new product functionality and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams by providing market feedback to product management and supporting the training and enablement of less experienced Solutions Consultants.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
