About SugarAI UK Limited
SugarAI is redefining CRM for the age of AI.
We’re delivering on the original promise of CRM—turning fragmented customer and revenue signals into clear, prioritized action. Instead of more dashboards or surface-level insights, we help teams focus on what matters most and know exactly what to do next.
More than two decades after our founding, we’re entering a new chapter with clarity and momentum—building intelligent, intuitive solutions that work within the flow of how teams actually sell and serve. We’re focused on solving complex, real-world challenges where relationships, context, and precision make all the difference.
Our global team is united by a shared commitment to impact, ownership, and continuous growth. We create an environment where thoughtful ideas move quickly, where people are trusted to lead, and where flexibility supports how great work gets done.
If you’re excited to help shape what’s next in AI-driven CRM—and build technology that drives real outcomes—we’d love to meet you.
Where You Fit In
SugarAI is looking for a customer-facing, hands-on technologist to join our Solution Consulting team in EMEA. Drawing on deep CRM/CX market knowledge and an in-depth understanding of SugarAI’s platform architecture and capabilities, you’ll uncover customer business objectives, scope and present the product vision, and own the solution/technical side of the sales cycle – showing how SugarAI drives real business outcomes.
You’ll be the resident SugarAI expert for both our internal and extended (reseller/partner) sales teams. Success in this role calls for strong customer interaction and presentation skills, a solid grasp of enterprise software solutions and how they integrate, and the ability to work closely with sales and professional services teams.
This role operates on a hybrid model, with a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration at our London location, specifically, working in-office a minimum of 2 days per week.
Impact You'll Make
- Act as a strategic technical and commercial partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Partners – shaping deal strategy and translating customer challenges into compelling solution outcomes.
- Own the pre-sales cycle end-to-end: discovery, qualification, value-based demonstrations, technical validation, solution design, RFP/Tender responses, and handoff to delivery teams.
- Show customers how AI, customer data, and intelligent workflows can transform sales execution, productivity, and decision-making – connecting SugarAI capabilities directly to their business priorities.
- Proactively identify technical and commercial risks within opportunities and work cross-functionally to remove barriers to a successful close.
- Enable EMEA direct and reseller/channel partners to confidently position, demonstrate, and sell SugarAI, including hands-on sales and demo training alongside the Training team.
- Serve as the go-to SugarAI product expert, providing ongoing application support to inside, channel, and direct sales teams.
- Champion CRM best practices and SugarAI’s extensibility, translating business requirements into a compelling platform vision.
- Track emerging AI and enterprise technology trends, bringing fresh ideas into customer conversations and the wider EMEA organization.
- Represent SugarAI externally – speaking at trade conferences and supporting product marketing and promotion.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to keep demo toolkits and sales collateral current, and maintain key partner relationships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
