Your team You will be part of our Solutions Consultants team, a team with diverse professional backgrounds who aim to know everything about Frontify and how customers can get the most out of it. We sit inside Customer Delivery and operate as one unified group across markets and segments – no silos, no empire-building. We love asking and receiving good questions, care about genuine customer outcomes and really get going when things become challenging. We value creativity, autonomy, transparency, solidarity, and a can-do attitude. We’re a team that’s all about trying new things. Working cross-functionally, we bridge gaps between Technology, Business, and Services to create a panoramic view of the business.

Your Responsibilities

  • You'll become the go-to expert on Frontify, advising internal teams on platform capabilities, best practices, and creative solutions for a wide range of customer use cases.
  • You'll partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver technical consultations, support customer evaluations, and help convert opportunities into long-term customer partnerships.
  • You'll position Frontify's capabilities through tailored demonstrations and solution design, finding innovative ways to maximize customer value.
  • You'll advise customers and internal teams on integrating Frontify with tools such as Figma, Adobe InDesign, CMS platforms, automation tools, and other technologies.
  • You'll deepen your expertise in Frontify's APIs, SDK, and extensibility capabilities to help customers solve complex technical challenges.
  • You'll capture customer feedback and technical insights to influence product strategy and help shape future platform development.
  • You'll collaborate with Product Marketing and Product Management to create scalable enablement content, technical documentation, and training materials for commercial teams.
  • You'll continuously explore new technologies, customer workflows, and industry trends to strengthen Frontify's technical consulting capabilities.

Your Story

  • You're able to work in a hybrid setup from our St. Gallen or London office, joining your team on-site once or twice a week.
  • You have 4+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in SaaS.
  • You combine strong technical curiosity with a commercial mindset and enjoy helping customers solve complex business challenges.
  • You're quick to master new products and technical concepts, and you thrive on becoming the trusted expert others turn to for guidance.
  • You're familiar with design, automation, or collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe InDesign, Make.com, or n8n. Experience with APIs or SDKs is a plus.
  • You balance strategic thinking with attention to detail, always keeping the broader business impact in mind.
  • You confidently guide and influence internal stakeholders, explaining complex technical concepts in a clear and approachable way.
  • You're always looking for ways to improve processes, optimize workflows, and challenge the status quo.
  • You learn new technologies quickly and communicate their value with clarity and confidence.
  • You speak English fluently. Additional languages are a plus.
