About the Role

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pre-Sales Consultant. This role combines software demonstrations, solution design, tender support and customer engagement, helping prospects and customers understand how software solutions can deliver tangible business benefits.

The successful candidate will be comfortable presenting software during both remote and onsite meetings, supporting sales opportunities, contributing to tender responses, and working with Account Managers to identify opportunities for customers to gain additional value from their software investment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for technology, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in a software, consultancy, implementation, support or customer-facing role would be beneficial but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Software Demonstrations & Customer Engagement

  • Configure software environments to reflect customer requirements and business processes.
  • Deliver professional and engaging software demonstrations during both remote and onsite meetings.
  • Support discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with prospects and existing customers.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from operational users to senior decision-makers.
  • Provide solution-focused advice and recommendations based on customer needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
