Job Description

As a Solution Consultant covering APAC, you will sit at the intersection of commercial success and technical expertise. Working closely with prospective and existing enterprise customers, you'll help organisations understand how the platform can address challenges around anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, investigations, and broader compliance requirements.

Partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams, you'll support complex enterprise sales cycles by leading discovery sessions, delivering tailored product demonstrations, managing proof of concepts, and providing technical guidance throughout the customer journey.

This is a highly client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and best practice sessions for enterprise prospects and customers.
  • Own enterprise trials and proof of concept (PoC) engagements, ensuring successful technical validation and customer adoption.
  • Support new business opportunities and expansion within existing accounts throughout the sales process.
  • Map customer workflows and operational processes to demonstrate how the platform can address business and compliance challenges.
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand customer requirements, regulatory obligations, and operational pain points.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear commercial value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain demonstration best practices and reusable enablement content for commercial teams.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the platform, APIs, and product capabilities to support customer discussions.
  • Design implementation plans aligned to each customer's technical and compliance objectives.
  • Work with customers to solve integration challenges and maximise long-term platform adoption.
  • Support responses to RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and technical due diligence requests.
  • Act as a technical contact for strategic technology and channel partners, supporting integrations and joint opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and subject matter experts to ensure customer feedback influences future product development.
  • Help translate technical and analytical insights into customer-friendly messaging for Sales and Marketing.
  • Stay informed on regional regulatory developments and industry trends relevant to target customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
