About the Role
We're recruiting on behalf of an innovative FinTech client transforming the Private Markets industry.
Our client is redefining how private equity, private credit, venture capital, infrastructure, and real estate firms manage fund accounting and operations. Their cloud-native platform enables investment managers and fund administrators to automate complex accounting processes, improve operational efficiency, and gain greater control across their private markets ecosystem.
As they continue to grow globally, they're looking for an experienced Solutions Consultant who understands how private markets firms actually operate and can help customers see how technology can transform their business.
This isn't a traditional software demo role. We're looking for someone who has worked within private markets, whether in fund accounting, fund administration, operations, or consulting—and can confidently engage senior stakeholders in meaningful business conversations.

- Design tailored solutions aligned with each client's workflows
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations that solve real business challenges
- Support RFPs, RFIs, and enterprise sales opportunities
- Partner closely with Product and Professional Services to ensure successful solution design
- Build trusted relationships with CFOs, COOs, Fund Controllers, and Heads of Operations

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
