Keyloop bridges the gap between dealers, manufacturers, technology suppliers, and car buyers.
We empower car dealers and manufacturers to fully embrace digital transformation. How? By creating innovative technology that makes selling cars better for our customers, and buying and owning cars better for theirs.
We use cutting-edge technology to link our clients’ systems, departments, and sites. We provide an open technology platform that’s shaping the industry for the future. We use data to help clients become more efficient, increase profitability, and give more customers an amazing experience. Want to be part of it?
Purpose of the Role
Motortech AI is growing fast. We have nationwide launches across large retail groups, Early Adopter programmes with major OEMs, and are expanding into Canada, Europe, and the Middle East. Enterprise and OEM deals require a level of presales rigour—structured discovery, integration assessment, credible technical narrative—that the business cannot provide without pulling the COO or Senior Product Manager away from strategic work. This role exists to fix that.
The Solutions Consultant is brought into qualified deals where the size or complexity warrants it. You will own the commercial and technical narrative from that point through to contract signature: scoping the solution, leading discovery, assessing integration requirements, and producing the outputs that give the client confidence and the delivery team a solid foundation to build on.
Early on, that means being personally deep in every significant deal—getting your hands into the detail quickly, building context fast, and owning the presales process without waiting to be directed. The goal over time is to build the assets and playbooks that make the next deal easier—but in the near term, the business needs someone who can hit the ground running and take real ownership of the pipeline. The COO and Senior Product Manager need to be able to hand off presales and trust it is being handled.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Be brought into qualified enterprise and OEM deals to lead technical discovery, solution scoping, and presales engagement—typically from the point where commercial merit has been established.
- Lead structured discovery sessions with prospective clients: understanding DMS environment, integration requirements, data flows, operational constraints, and success criteria.
- Produce high-quality presales outputs: solution proposals, integration assessments, scope of work inputs, and RFP responses—on time, to a standard the client and delivery team can rely on.
- Own the technical and commercial narrative for the AIME platform in presales—articulating product value clearly to both technical and non-technical client stakeholders, without needing to be briefed before every meeting.
- Act as the technical bridge between Motortech AI's product and Keyloop's integration architecture, ensuring OEM and enterprise integration decisions are made with product intent.
- Work closely alongside Paolo (Solution Sales Director) on large-scale commercial pursuits—clear role separation between commercial and technical, with strong mutual accountability.
- Run structured deal-to-delivery handovers to the Implementation Consultant at contract signature: requirements document, agreed scope, open questions, client stakeholder map, and identified technical dependencies. A clean handover is your responsibility, not an afterthought.
- Maintain an ongoing working relationship with the Keyloop technical integration SPoC—proactively surfacing integration intelligence rather than waiting for issues to emerge during delivery.
- Feed presales learnings—integration gaps, recurring objections, unmet requirements—back into the product roadmap through the Senior Product Manager.
- Build repeatable presales assets over time: demo environments, integration guides, discovery templates, and objection-handling frameworks—so the function becomes more scalable as the pipeline grows.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Skills Required
- 3+ years in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, Presales Architect, or Technical Account Executive role within a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology company.
- Strong technical literacy: able to lead integration discovery conversations, read API documentation, and assess system compatibility—without needing to write code.
- Excellent written communication: able to produce well-structured proposals, scope documents, and integration assessments that are clear to technical and commercial readers alike.
- Experience working on enterprise sales cycles with long timelines, multiple stakeholders, and significant commercial complexity.
- Comfortable switching between commercial and technical conversations—able to read the room and adjust register between a CTO and a Finance Director within the same meeting.
- Sound judgement and the confidence to own the presales process independently—comfortable being accountable for deal quality without needing sign-off at every step, so that leadership can step back knowing the pipeline is in good hands.
- Highly organised: able to manage multiple active deals at different stages without dropping context or quality.
- Experience with or strong understanding of DMS, CRM, or ERP integration landscapes is a significant advantage.
- OEM, franchise group, or automotive technology experience is a bonus—but intellectual curiosity and the ability to get up to speed fast matter more.
