Location: London, UK (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Author external help center documentation, tutorials, and best practices for consumer products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to align technical roadmaps and business goals.
- Problem-Solving & Strategy: Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize product workflows, and drive scalable solution delivery.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Technical Consulting: Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, advising manager-level stakeholders on product deployment, system integration, and workflow optimization.
- Cross-Functional Partner Management: Build strategic relationships across engineering, product management, and business development to influence technical feature prioritization and address product gaps.
- Scalable Content & Best Practices: Create repeatable technical documentation, help center content, and best practice frameworks to streamline user onboarding and solution delivery.
- Troubleshooting & Risk Mitigation: Analyze user metrics and feedback to identify systemic product issues, collaborating with engineering to mitigate technical risks and optimize performance.
- End-to-End Project Delivery: Direct project planning, timeline estimation, issue tracking, and escalation management for complex, undefined business problems.
- Partner Insights & Growth: Conduct partner business reviews to gather actionable insights, identify market opportunities, and drive technology adoption.
