Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the value of Cvent's technology platform during online and onsite product demonstrations
  • Actively understand a prospective or existing customer's requirements, and help showcase how Cvent can solve their pain points
  • Develop relationships and collaborate with Sales executives to determine the best approach to win business
  • Contribute in the setup, strategy, and design of proof of concepts for valued customers
  • Work closely with Product Management to provide customer feedback, and help influence roadmap decisions to solve business needs
  • Work to create and maintain collateral, videos and internal sales resources
  • Assist RFP writing team with responses to technical product questions
  • Help to train and educate the Sales team on new product releases and enhancements
  • Travel with Sales executive for onsite demos when appropriate, based upon customer and business needs
  • You will develop a solid foundation of all Cvent solutions and integrations, as well as specialize in a specific product as a Subject Matter Expert
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong listening skills and the ability to present to an audience over video
  • Consultative approach regarding technology and product positioning to both business and technical users
  • Excel at developing relationships, both internally and externally
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment while working with many teams
  • Flexibility to adapt your day-to-day based on sales demos and internal projects
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • A strong interest or curiosity in product
  • Team player and contribute to team initiatives
  • Proficient using general office software applications
  • Experience using tools such as Slack, Salesforce.com, and Zoom
  • Proven experience within a SaaS company in a customer-facing or product-related position
  • Ability to communicate at business level in any of following languages a huge plus: German, French or Spanish
