🚀 Turn your technical expertise into commercial impact.

What if you could combine your technical expertise with the excitement of winning the deal?

We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded Solutions Consultant to join Huble’s UK New Business team. This is an opportunity for a technically credible solutions professional who knows how to get under the skin of a customer’s challenges, design the right solution, and confidently take an opportunity from first conversation through to signed contract.

You won’t be sitting on the sidelines of the sales process. You’ll own your own number, own your opportunities and own the outcome.

Working with HubSpot at the centre of the solution, you’ll lead complex conversations across CRM, integrations, migrations, data, configuration and change management. You’ll run discovery, shape solutions, build proposals and commercials, present to senior stakeholders, negotiate terms and close deals — bringing in our expert consulting teams when deeper technical or delivery input is needed.

And because many of our opportunities come through HubSpot referrals, partner relationships, invitations and competitive RFPs, this isn’t a role built around endless cold outbound. It’s about being credible enough technically, commercially sharp enough to win, and personable enough to become a trusted advisor.

🖇️ What you'll be doing

You’ll take ownership of opportunities throughout the full sales cycle, including:

  • Running discovery and chemistry meetings to understand business challenges, goals and requirements.
  • Designing and articulating HubSpot-led solutions across CRM, integrations, migrations and adjacent technologies.
  • Taking the lead on technical conversations and answering architectural questions confidently, without needing a Solutions Architect on every call.
  • Building compelling proposals, presentations, commercials and Statements of Work.
  • Demonstrating HubSpot and the wider solution architecture to prospective customers.
  • Clearly explaining how solution decisions and changes affect scope, pricing and delivery.
  • Applying Time & Materials and Fixed Price commercial models appropriately.
  • Negotiating commercial and contractual terms through to signature.
  • Responding quickly and intelligently to RFPs and tenders.
  • Working closely with our consulting, technology and leadership teams to turn client requirements into accurate quotes and SOWs at pace.
  • Managing your pipeline, forecasts and activity with the commercial discipline needed to hit — and exceed — your sales target.
  • Building relationships with Huble’s strategic partners, including HubSpot, Aircall, DealHub, Sinch and Demandbase, to create and win opportunities together.
  • Developing opportunities through referrals, existing relationships, partner networks and your own professional network.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

👀 The kind of person we're looking for

You might currently be a Solution Architect, Senior Solution Architect, Presales Consultant, Solutions Consultant or Solutions Engineer who is ready to take greater commercial ownership.

Perhaps you’ve built your career within a HubSpot, Salesforce or Dynamics partner consultancy and have already developed a strong understanding of how technology, consulting and commercial outcomes come together.

Or you may come from a complex B2B SaaS, CRM or MarTech environment — perhaps RevOps, ABM, intent data, CDP or integration technology — and have the technical credibility and customer-facing experience to move into a broader solutions-selling role.

The important thing is that you're not purely a technical specialist.

You understand that great solutions have to work commercially as well as technically. You’re comfortable owning a number, running a deal, talking about money, negotiating terms and ultimately asking for the business.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Proven experience in solution architecture, presales or solutions consulting.
  • Experience within a HubSpot, Salesforce or Dynamics partner consultancy, or a complex B2B SaaS, CRM or MarTech business.
  • Strong knowledge of integrations, migrations, data migration, UAT, system configuration and change management.
  • The confidence to discuss and quote these areas with customers.
  • Experience creating Statements of Work and negotiating commercial terms.
  • An understanding of both Fixed Price and Time & Materials models.
  • Experience presenting and demonstrating software and solutions.
  • Experience engaging and negotiating with C-level and senior stakeholders.
  • A consultative approach to selling — you know how to shape a solution rather than simply sell a product.
  • Commercial awareness and a track record of contributing to revenue or closing deals.
  • The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and move opportunities forward at pace.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Curiosity, emotional intelligence and the confidence to challenge, question and find a better answer.

⚡️ This role could be your next step if...

  • You're a technically strong presales professional who wants more ownership.
  • You enjoy solving complex problems, but you also enjoy the commercial side of the conversation.
  • You don't want to hand an opportunity over to someone else when the conversation gets to pricing, scope or negotiation.
  • You want to sit in front of senior clients, understand what they're trying to achieve, shape the answer and be accountable for getting the deal over the line.
  • You know when you can handle something yourself — and when bringing in a specialist will make the solution stronger.
  • Most importantly, you're excited by the idea of turning technical expertise into measurable commercial impact.
