With over 50 years of industry leadership, we're experts in cleaning equipment and pioneers in robotic cleaning solutions. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Solutions Deployment Specialist to install, configure, optimise and support cutting-edge cleaning technology at customer sites.
This is a remote, field-based role
where you'll travel to customer sites within your local region, with occasional travel further afield when required. You'll be provided with a fully equipped company van, giving you everything you need to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing
As our Solutions Deployment Specialist, you'll be the face of ICE during customer installations, ensuring every deployment is smooth, successful and delivers real value.
You'll:
- Install, configure and commission advanced cleaning equipment and robotic solutions
- Deliver on-site equipment trials, demonstrations and customer handovers
- Train operators, supervisors and management teams to use equipment safely and effectively
- Create site maps and optimise machine routes for maximum efficiency
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Provide first and second-line technical support on customer sites
- Analyse machine performance and recommend improvements
- Carry out routine machine inspections and maintenance checks
- Support proof-of-concept projects with ATP and gloss meter testing
- Work closely with manufacturers and internal technical teams to resolve complex issues

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with outstanding customer service.
You'll ideally have:
- A qualification (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, IT or a related discipline
- Strong hands-on technical skills and confidence working with equipment
- Excellent communication and training skills
- A proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Good physical fitness for installations and equipment handling
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
