Solutions Design Lead UK

As the Solutions Design Lead UK, you'll lead and shape innovative logistics solutions for customers. This role ensures that logistics operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with customer and business objectives.

A Growing European 3rd Party Logistics provider operating across multiple sectors based in Lutterworth.

Description

  • Develop and oversee logistics the tender process for potential customers meeting organisational goals.
  • Lead the design of effective solutions for customer logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise supply chain processes.
  • Analyse data to improve logistics performance and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and provide clear communication on project progress.
  • Advise about technology developments for new and existing customers.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the solutions design team.

Profile

A successful Solutions Design Lead UK should have:

  • Strong background in 3rd party logistics solutions design.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing logistics solutions.
  • Experience using AutoCad for warehouse layouts (essential)
  • Prior experience working on transport solutions (advantageous)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tender projects and priorities effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.

Job Offer

  • Salary of £90,000 to £100,000 dependent on the level of experience.
  • Car allowance.
  • Permanent hybrid role based in Lutterworth (1-2 days)
