Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Solutions Design Manager, Warehousing & Logistics to join our Global Solutions Design team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative, customized warehousing and logistics solutions that bridge client requirements with operational feasibility while aligning with budgetary, performance, and timeline expectations.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Develop Customized Logistics Solutions: Analyze and parse client data into quantifiable activity flows, process maps, operational blueprints, and cost models to create scalable warehousing and distribution solutions for both contract and multi-client operations.
- Collaborate and Present: Work closely with Business Development, Project Management, and client stakeholders to lead solution presentations, gather feedback, and ensure smooth transitions from design through to steady-state operations.
- Ensure Financial Feasibility and Technical Optimization: Conduct detailed cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, workflow/layout optimizations, and ensure solutions align with organizational standards and commercial performance objectives.

- Commercial experience in a solutions design role within contract logistics, warehousing, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of logistics technical models, including proficiency with Contract Logistics Cost Models and MOST/MTM methodologies.
- Proven ability in data analysis and technical design using advanced tools such as AutoCAD or simulation software to optimize warehouse layouts, workflows, labor planning, and resource utilization.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
