We are partnering with a business in the intralogistics and automation sector who are seeking a Solutions Design Engineer to join their growing team.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing cutting-edge conveyor solutions while contributing to the development of broader automated systems. You will work closely with the sales team, providing technical expertise to support client requirements and secure new business opportunities.

  • Design and develop conveyor systems and integrated automation solutions
  • Collaborate with sales teams to translate client needs into tailored designs
  • Produce detailed layouts, concepts, and proposals for client presentations
  • Assess technical feasibility and recommend optimal solutions
  • Support projects end-to-end, ensuring quality, efficiency, and performance

About You:

  • Proven experience designing conveyor systems (automation experience highly desirable)
  • Proficient in CAD and familiar with technologies such as sortation, robotics, AGVs, or AMRs
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Solutions-focused with strong problem-solving skills
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Automation, or related field
