The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Solution Developer to join our Almac Clinical Technologies team.
As a Solution Developer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, implementing and supporting solutions that meet customer requirements for the Almac Trial Coordinator solution. You will contribute across the solution lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution configuration and development, documentation and ongoing system maintenance.
Working collaboratively across Product, Development, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Software Testing and Design teams, you will help deliver high-quality solutions that provide value and an excellent customer experience.

What You Need To Be Successful
- Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK with no restrictions OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full-time employment in the UK.
- A third-level qualification in Computer Science or a related subject.
- Experience supporting and implementing software.
- Demonstrable competency and experience in MS PL/SQL.
- Experience delivering software through a formal Software Development Lifecycle, including Waterfall or Agile methodologies.

Location & Working Arrangements
This role can be based at one of the following Almac locations:
- HQ, Craigavon, Northern Ireland
- North-West, Northern Ireland
- Charnwood, Loughborough
Please note that this is not a remote position. The successful candidate will be required to work fully onsite for the first six months. Following successful completion of this initial period, there will be the opportunity to apply for hybrid working, subject to the applicable arrangements and approval.
