VisitScotland Solution Engineer

As a core part of the Technology Solutions Team, Solution Engineers collectively support Senior Solution Engineers and Solutions Engineering Senior Managers to share responsibility for the delivery, security and evolution of our technology landscape. Working together as a unified team, Solutions Engineers are accountable for ensuring that products and solutions are designed and delivered to a high standard, are testable, maintainable and delivered with a balanced approach that includes low code and no code solutions including the responsible use of AI.

Solution Engineers are expected to collaborate closely with the wider Technology directorate and key business stakeholders – with a focus on simplicity - to ensure solutions are relevant, effective, meet the changing needs of the business, increase productivity, reduce waste and extract as much value out of our low/no code platforms as possible.
