Company description

Kekst CNC Defines Reputation When It Matters Most.
We counsel CEOs, boards, and leadership teams as they seek to grow, transform and protect their businesses. For more than 50 years, companies and institutions have turned to Kekst CNC in high-stakes situations – transactions, transformation, shareholder activism, crises and regulatory scrutiny. In these moments, how a business defines its reputation shapes its future. Our heritage lies at the intersection of strategy, capital markets and reputation. We combine senior counsel, deep insight, critical judgement and rigorous execution so that strategy and communication reinforce each other and drive measurable outcomes.

Overview

Here at Kekst CNC, we enjoy high level access to some of the world’s biggest corporate brands – helping them to deliver first class communication strategies that build trust, reputation, and engage with key stakeholders.
Kekst CNC is seeking a hands-on engineer who builds and ships the solutions – apps, automations, dashboards and AI agents – primarily on our Microsoft foundations but comfortable dropping into code and APIs where that's the better answer. Treats internal teams as clients, works as part of a team delivering client solutions, and supports Kekst CNC globally. Work to support ambitions in Kekst CNC transformation and working directly within Kekst CNC Intelligence, globally as well as within Publicis EMEA AI working group.

Responsibilities

Microsoft foundations

  • Build production-grade solutions on Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI and Copilot Studio
  • Design, build and maintain AI agents in Copilot Studio –topic design, orchestration, knowledge sources, fallback behaviour – and tune them for accuracy, usability and safe adoption
  • Develop cloud flows with real error handling, retries and long-running operations, and design Dataverse models that support agent state, context and auditability
  • Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure and third-party systems via standard and custom connectors

Full stack and AI

  • Work confidently with REST APIs, JSON and authentication patterns, and write scripts or lightweight services (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript) when low-code hits its limits
  • Build against model APIs directly as well as through Copilot Studio, including prompt design, structured outputs, retrieval over our own document and media sources, and cost-aware routing between models
  • Test, troubleshoot and refine agents and automations for accuracy and reliability, and monitor usage analytics to keep improving them once live

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
