Department: Internal Technology

Location: Oxford, UK

Description

Based in our Oxford office, you will join the Modern Workplace Team within Internal Technology. The team is responsible for the design, delivery, continual improvement, and support of the core services that provide Aurora’s staff with the tools and technology needed to perform their best work.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will focus on the Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and related automation and integration technologies. Your role will be to design and deliver solutions that improve productivity, streamline business processes, and enhance collaboration across the organisation.

We have an existing suite of Power Platform solutions that require ongoing development and support. In addition, Aurora is adopting Logic Apps as part of its enterprise integration strategy — migrating existing Power Platform integrations and introducing scalable, well-governed automation patterns. You will help shape this transition, ensuring Power Platform remains a valuable tool for citizen developers while establishing strong governance and best practices.

You will work directly with business users and Internal Technology colleagues to understand requirements, design effective solutions, and help drive automation and efficiency throughout the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join Aurora at a key stage of growth, as we continue to expand internationally and mature our technology landscape to meet the needs of a dynamic, data-driven business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure Logic Apps to support automation and integration
  • Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform applications used across the business
  • Implement and support Power Platform governance principles defined by the Head of Architecture and Engineering
  • Work directly with business users to capture requirements, design solutions, and deliver measurable improvements
  • Collaborate with other Internal Technology teams (Data, System Specialists, Service Delivery, Information Security) to ensure cohesive delivery and ongoing supportability
  • Support citizen developers and promote best practices in solution design. Take ownership of governance defined in conjunction with the Head of Architecture and Engineering and senior engineers
  • Migrate system-to-system integrations from Power Platform to Logic Apps where appropriate
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
