Technology is at its best when it solves real business problems. We're partnering with an innovative software company that is helping global organisations make smarter, data-driven decisions through a highly sophisticated SaaS platform. As growth continues across the UK and Europe, they're looking to add a Solutions Engineer who can bridge the gap between technology and business outcomes. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, understands technology, and wants to play a key role in winning new business. Whether you're currently in implementation, customer success, technical account management, support, consulting, or another customer-facing technical role, this could be an excellent route into a pre-sales career. You'll join a collaborative team where curiosity, innovation, and continuous learning are genuinely encouraged. If you enjoy solving complex problems, engaging with stakeholders, and using emerging technologies to work smarter, you'll be right at home.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
