ABOUT US
Every revenue team has the same two reps. One runs a deal like clockwork: follows up the day after the call, keeps the buyer's plan moving, knows when to bring in the champion's boss. The other has the same pipeline and the same tools, and is quietly two weeks behind on everything. Companies spend fortunes on intelligence software, enablement and coaching to close that gap, and it stays open, because all of it depends on a human remembering to act.
Flowla was built to remove that dependency. We are a revenue execution platform, and at the centre of it is REX, an AI agent that works as a player-coach for the sales team.
As a player, REX runs the deal. It sits on one connected brain for every opportunity, drawing signal from calls, email, Slack, CRM, the deal room and the action plan, and it executes: the follow-up, the next step, the nudge to the stakeholder who's gone quiet.
As a coach, REX develops the rep. Because it sees what every rep actually does across every deal, it measures skill against a competency framework, flags where each person needs to improve, and connects them to the right learning inside the platform. Reps get better on the job, not in a workshop. Leaders see who is ready to sell without asking for a status update.
THE ROLE
We are building a POC-led sales journey that lets prospective customers see our product working for their use case before making a longer-term commitment. We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to own the technical journey from tailored demonstration and proof of concept through implementation, go-live and subsequent technical growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You’ll be the customer’s main technical contact. You’ll work with Account Executives (AEs) to establish technical fit and win new business, then work with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to turn a successful POC into a production solution that customers adopt and use.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Tailored demos and technical validation: Understand customer workflows, build relevant demo environments, answer technical questions, and assess integration requirements, constraints and workable alternatives.
- POCs: Agree a clear scope, success criteria and timeline with the customer and AE. Build and run the POC, lead technical check-ins, resolve issues and present the results and requirements for production.
- Implementation: Reuse suitable POC work to configure the production solution, complete integrations and testing, and lead technical go-live within the agreed contractual scope.
- Ongoing technical ownership: Remain the technical point of contact for complex issues and new use cases. Work with the CSM on adoption and with the AE on technical validation for expansion opportunities.
- Internal collaboration: Give Product and Engineering clear evidence of customer requirements, recurring objections and product gaps. Involve Engineering in novel builds or significant architecture decisions.
The AE owns the buying process, commercial plan, proposal and contract. The CSM owns user enablement, ongoing support, the success plan and renewals. You own the technical solution and its delivery, working closely with both.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Around 3 or more years of relevant experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, implementation or a similar customer-facing SaaS role. Demonstrated ownership matters more than a particular job title.
- Experience configuring and implementing software for customers, including integrations, APIs or data flows.
- The ability to translate a customer’s goals into a scoped technical plan, build a convincing demonstration or POC, and explain results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Sound judgement about what can be delivered with the existing product, what needs a workaround and when to involve Engineering.
- Strong organisation and communication skills across multiple customer projects.
We’d particularly like to hear about a POC or technical evaluation you substantially owned and an implementation you helped take into production.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Within your first six months, you will have established a repeatable approach to scoped POCs, delivered customer implementations through go-live, and created a clear technical record that helps Sales, Customer Success and Product act on what customers learn. We’ll assess success through technical validation, successful production launches and customer activation, not the number of demos or POCs alone.
The target performance bonus is linked to supported team new business, successful go-lives and customer activation. We’ll explain the measures and payout terms during the hiring process.
