We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Act as a technical partner to customers, suppliers, and internal sales teams to identify needs and drive demand creation.
- Provide technical guidance and support for customer designs using embedded microcontroller and microprocessor systems, and wireless connectivity.
- Engage directly with customers through site visits and virtual meetings to understand their technical requirements.
- Collaborate with sales teams on pre-sales and post-sales activities, offering technical consulting and solution recommendations.
- Support technical discussions to influence design decisions and secure design wins.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in customer and supplier organizations.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Field Application Engineer or Solutions Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with embedded microcontroller and microprocessor systems.
- Good understanding of wireless connectivity technologies and their application in customer solutions.
- Ability to independently solve complex technical problems and manage expectations.
- Experience supporting sales teams in technical discussions, solution selling, or demand creation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
