π‘οΈ Hiring: Forward Deployed Engineer β London, on-site
A seed-stage startup building agent-native risk infrastructure for regulated enterprises is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to own enterprise accounts end-to-end. You'd be the primary counterpart for CSOs and heads of compliance β driving adoption, configuring workflows, and shipping code directly to solve real customer needs.
This is a rare hybrid role: part commercial owner, part hands-on builder. If you love being the single point of accountability for a customer's success β and you're just as comfortable in a procurement conversation as you are shipping a UI fix β read on.
βοΈ What you'll do
- Own enterprise accounts end-to-end as the customer's primary technical and commercial partner
- Partner directly with CSOs and compliance leaders to drive platform adoption
- Configure workflows and tailor the platform to each customer's needs
- Ship UI fixes and small features yourself, using AI tools like Claude Code
- Navigate procurement and security reviews

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
