We’re growing fast and looking for a dynamic, customer-facing Solutions Engineer to join our team and play a key role in driving deal success.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering, acting as a trusted technical advisor and helping customers understand both the technical and business value of OX.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the technical sales cycle end-to-end, from demo through POC to technical win
- Partner with Sales to develop and execute technical strategies for deals
- Deliver tailored demos and proof-of-value engagements
- Work closely with customer security and engineering teams to understand their workflows
- Position OX effectively within DevSecOps and SDLC environments
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal Product & Engineering teams
- Provide technical guidance, architecture recommendations, and documentation
- Support deals through technical validation and objection handling
- Represent OX at customer meetings, events, and conferences (including travel)
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering / Sales Engineering / Technical Pre-Sales
- Experience in cybersecurity - strong advantage
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proven ability to support and drive complex technical sales cycles
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executives
- Sales mindset - proactive, creative, and solution-oriented
- Ability to navigate technical objections and build trust with customers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment

Bonus Points For
- Background in AppSec / DevSecOps / software supply chain security
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar — or hands-on development experience
- Experience working with enterprise customers
- Fluency in an additional European language (German strongly preferred)
