🚨 Solutions Engineer — Enterprise APIs 🚨

📍 London — Hybrid, 2 days a week 📍

💷 £90k–£120k base | OTE £128k–£171k + equity 💷

Industry Leading AI Native Tax Platform at Series C $110M raised are hiring Solution Engineers.

The product handles the full indirect tax lifecycle across 120+ countries for some of the world's largest digital platforms and marketplaces, with customers going live in weeks rather than quarters.

You would be the technical bridge between the platform and its enterprise customers, designing and delivering solutions to genuinely complex compliance problems.

Job Description:

  • Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, scoping and solution design for enterprise prospects
  • Create and deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations to new and existing customers
  • Drive the technical conversation around API integration, gap analysis and implementation planning
  • Become a deep expert across the full API suite — Lookup, Tax, Returns, Data Sharing and E-Invoicing — and advocate internally for product improvements
  • Support customers through technical issues and ensure a seamless handoff from pre-sales into implementation

🎯 Requirements:

  • 4–8 years as a Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales Engineer at a B2B SaaS or API company
  • Enterprise or mid-market experience, not SMB
  • Deep hands-on API integration experience — REST APIs and integration architectures, comfortable reading and writing code
  • Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field
