Solutions Engineer

The Company

We're partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed fintech company building a modern, API-native platform for a complex, highly regulated market. The platform helps enterprise customers automate critical operational processes, track obligations, and maintain a clear audit trail across a modular, unified infrastructure. The business serves customers across a large number of global markets and counts major brands in e-commerce, travel, streaming media, and technology among its clients. It's now expanding its Solutions Engineering team to support continued growth with large enterprise customers.

The Role

You'll join as a Solutions Engineer with 4+ years of experience, partnering closely with Sales to drive technical engagements with leading global enterprises. You'll act as the technical bridge between the platform and customers, designing and implementing high-value solutions to solve complex operational and compliance challenges.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
