Job title: Solutions Engineer - FinTech SaaS

Location: Hybrid - London (1/2 days/week)
Salary: £90,000-£100,000 + OTE + Equity

Would you be interested in working for a Pre-IPO, multi award winning FinTech Scale up? They have a market-leading and cutting-edge offering in their space compared to their competition. They're now looking to grow at pace following recent £90m Series C investment.

They're Trusted by household names like Zoom, Uber and Booking.com. You'd be selling into and working with the world's largest digital platforms and marketplaces. High-growth stage (210 employees) with a product that covers 180+ countries — you'd own technical engagements at true global scale.

Following significant invest over the last 12 months, my client is now looking for strengthen their offering further with the appointment of an experienced Solutions Engineer.

Part of a rapidly growing SE team of 11, Your day-to-day will involve working closely with regional Enterprise AE's and select partners with preparations for customer and prospect meetings, presentations, scoping and competitive positioning. Excellent bonus potential and equity also on offer!

Other parts of the role you can expect:

  • Lead and manage pilot and proof-of-value (POV) execution in complex environments aligned to defined client requirements. Post execution a report and stakeholder presentation would be delivered outlining the findings, successful use cases, value proof, client value proposition and next steps.
  • Develop and evolve solution propositions that fit the needs of midmarket to lower enterprise customers in the commercial space to build custom propositions that resonate with the clients you are working with.
  • Qualify opportunities by understanding the customers business need, operational pain points and technology ecosystem.
  • Work with the regional sales director to articulate value propositions, differentiation, and solution architecture.
  • Work closely with existing customers to help them maximise value from the investments and look for additional use cases to increase value and environment coverage

You may be a good fit for the team if you have...

  • 5+ years Solutions Engineering/Pre-Sales/Technical AM experience within SaaS/Data&AI/FinTech of Software Development
  • Deep hands-on API integration experience; REST APIs, integration architectures, and able to read code and navigate API documentation
  • Can translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience of working with Enterprise clients
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Strong presentation and communication skills are mandatory. As well as skills in time management and organization
  • Fluent English and communication skills
