What we do?

Today most companies are reliant on their sales reps to find leads. The challenge? Reps struggle to find great prospects. Worse, they waste huge amounts of time disqualifying leads they can't sell to. This is a poor experience for reps, inefficient use of their skills and sunk cost for the business. GoodFit helps companies identify their leads programmatically and build a dataset based on their unique requirements. We only source the accounts that meet the company's qualification criteria and enrich them with the most useful data points. With the company's market mapped, they can more efficiently distribute & prioritise leads, while delivering compelling messaging based on their prospect's needs.

About the Role

As a Team Lead Solutions Engineer at GoodFit, you will be leading a team of 2 Solutions Engineers whilst playing a crucial role both pre and post sales, ensuring we’re delivering the best data sets to our clients and helping them integrate and leverage the data effectively as a part of their GTM strategies.

In your role, you’ll have the chance to work closely with commercial teams at some of the fastest growing B2B companies around (such as Clari, Chili Piper, Deepgram, Paddle, and more), translating their needs into actionable datasets and advising them on how to utilize GoodFit platform in their go-to-market efforts.

Given your close contact with both existing clients and prospects, you will act as a bridge between GoodFit’s commercial and product team, advocating for client needs, sharing client feedback and helping product bring new solutions to market.

As team lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the Solutions team have the appropriate support, capacity and processes to ensure outstanding delivery of work whilst adopting a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Pre-Sales: Engage in discovery sessions to translate prospects needs into bespoke datasets. Helping define the data points / data sources that capture a prospect’s ideal customer profile definition. Build demo datasets that demonstrate GoodFit’s value proposition.
  • Data Analysis: Using the Goodfit platform to analyse and interpret customer data, how this correlates to Goodfit’s data sets and how to best educate prospects and customers on how we have arrived at our definition of qualified account/ICP/best customers
  • Onboarding: Work closely with Account Managers and new clients to deliver their solution including guiding them through possible configurations and best-practice. Meanwhile, validating that we map the right market of companies they want to target, and enrich them with the required data based on their GTM plans. Help our clients integrate the data into their existing tools such as CRMs (e.g. SFDC, HubSpot), sequencing tools (e.g. Salesloft, Lemlist) or data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake).
  • Client Support: Own communications with existing clients, helping them adjust their dataset, data processes, and educate them on overall product capabilities.
  • Internal Collaboration: Represent the voice of the customer and work closely with the engineering and product teams to relay feedback and push for continual product improvement. Help maintain internal and external documentation of best practices and common solutions.
  • Team Lead: Oversight of and responsibility for ensuring processes for managing workload, prioritisation of tasks and high performance of the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
