The Team You’ll Work With
We're looking for talented Solutions Consultants to join our EU Investors team. Our customers are primarily Venture Capital, Private Equity and Private Credit Funds. Carta's platform allows these clients to track and manage their portfolios while liaising with their investors.
As a member of the Solutions Consultant team, you will collaborate with the Go-To-Market team in their sales process with investment firms to identify and build the best solution for the customer. Our offering includes fund administration services, portfolio management, investor management, investor portal, digital KYC and data collection. We offer a tech-focused platform for investment managers to manage their investment portfolio, fundraise and manage investor relationships. They are supported by a best in class team of fund accountants that they will work with on a day to day basis.
You will partner closely with the Fund Administration and Product teams to be an expert on our product and service offerings.
You will work with new venture capital funds as they navigate the process of forming a new fund. That process involves advising them on best practices and referring them to additional vendors which may include fund formation lawyers and tax professionals. You will also work with established and upmarket fund managers, providing consultative advice to help them improve their fund operations and LP communications with Carta’s industry leading technology.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
