Overview
This role supports our US team, so although you will be in the UK, you will need to work US office hours of 1400-2130 GMT.
As a Solution Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering the "Technical Win" through a sales cycle: expertly demonstrating the Natterbox platform, including our AI Agent products, and showing how they deliver real value to existing and potential clients. You'll dig into a customer's business problems and really understand what they're trying to solve, working closely with the Account Executive to position Natterbox and design the right solution. You'll explain the technical detail to both technical and non-technical audiences alike, acting as a trusted product expert throughout.
This is a role for someone who's genuinely excited by AI, not just able to talk about it. You'll be expected to bring the latest AI tools into your own daily workflow (research, solution design, documentation, demo building) as naturally as you bring Natterbox's AI capabilities to a customer demo. We want people who are curious about what's possible, who experiment with new tools before being asked to, and who can turn that curiosity into scalable ways of working for the wider team, not just personal productivity hacks.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to grow confidence and trust within a sales cycle
- Deliver best-in-class, personalised demonstrations showcasing the full product offering, including our Voice AI Agents, and the value they bring
- Work collaboratively with Salesforce and other partners to design detailed solutions to customer problems
- Comfortably challenge prospects with best practices and industry knowledge to build trust and be regarded as an expert
- Professionally document the solution agreed in a formal SoW (Scope of Work)
- When required, run POCs (Proof of Concepts) and deliver the Natterbox solution to a customer in a controlled way, leading to value realisation and purchase
- Champion new product releases, especially AI features, and provide expert knowledge to internal teams
- Use AI tools (for example LLM assistants, prompt-based workflows, and internal AI agents) to speed up your own solution design, documentation, and demo-building, and share what you learn with the wider team
- Stay close to developments in AI and conversational AI more broadly, and bring genuinely new ideas back into how we sell and demo the platform, not just how the vendor market is trending
- Work with the wider Solution Engineering team to suggest, discuss and execute initiatives and new ways of working, particularly where AI can remove manual effort or scale what a small team can deliver
- Work with both potential and existing customers to design exciting solutions that deliver the most value from our product for them
- Able to manage feedback from both existing and potential customers and relay that information back to relevant departments within the organisation

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
