Solutions Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Solutions Engineer based in United Kingdom.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a trusted technical and product advisor for enterprise partners across Turkey and the wider EMEA region. You will bridge customer needs with internal engineering, product, sales, compliance, and operations teams. The role combines technical consulting, API integration, solution design, pre-sales, and relationship management. You will guide customers from discovery and evaluation through implementation, onboarding, and long-term adoption. You will also help translate regional requirements into actionable product and engineering feedback. Fluency in Turkish and strong English communication will be essential in this highly international, customer-facing environment.

Accountabilities

  • Support enterprise customers: Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, providing technical support, relationship management, and guidance on platform adoption.
  • Lead solution engagements: Own technical engagements end-to-end, including discovery calls, solution validation, RFPs, security questionnaires, demonstrations, and technical consultations.
  • Drive pre-sales activities: Partner with Sales and Solutions teams to design solutions, communicate technical use cases, support evaluations, and help prospective customers achieve successful technical outcomes.
  • Guide implementations: Lead enterprise customers through API integration, implementation, onboarding, and ongoing platform adoption.
  • Translate customer requirements: Represent the needs of Turkish-speaking customers internally, translating complex business and technical requirements into clear specifications for global Product and Engineering teams.
  • Serve as a product expert: Develop a deep understanding of the platform and communicate its capabilities effectively to technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
  • Coordinate regional requirements: Work with local compliance, operations teams, vendors, regulators, and partners to understand market-specific requirements and ensure they are communicated effectively to global teams.
  • Develop technical resources: Create solution documentation, implementation guidance, product materials, and Turkish-language collateral where appropriate.
  • Support product evolution: Stay informed about product development and collaborate with Product teams to test and roll out new features for enterprise partners.
  • Represent the business externally: Participate in customer meetings and regional activities, with travel across Turkey and EMEA as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
