Solutions Lead - Healthcare

πŸ“ Hybrid | Yorkshire

Do you have a strong background in enterprise infrastructure, cloud, or data centre technologies and enjoy turning customer challenges into technology solutions?

We're looking for a Solutions Lead to work alongside a successful healthcare sales team, helping NHS organisations shape and deliver their technology transformation strategies.

This is an ideal opportunity for a technical pre-sales, solution sales, consultant, or infrastructure specialist who enjoys customer engagement and commercial success.

What you'll do

  • Build trusted relationships across NHS and healthcare organisations
  • Identify and develop infrastructure, cloud, and data centre opportunities
  • Lead customer discovery sessions and technical conversations
  • Support Account Managers in shaping and qualifying opportunities
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and specialist teams to create customer-led solutions
  • Help drive a strong pipeline across enterprise infrastructure and cloud technologies

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a customer-facing technical, pre-sales, solution sales, or consultancy role
  • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, hybrid cloud, and data centre technologies
  • Ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness and a consultative approach to customer engagement
  • Experience with technologies such as Azure, VMware, networking, storage, backup, or disaster recovery is beneficial
  • NHS or public sector experience is advantageous but not essential
